Admission Process

Admissions open from Play Group to XI for session 2024-25.

At EIS admissions are made without any distinction of religion, race, caste, place of birth or any of them. The student has passed qualifying or equivalent qualifying examination, making him eligible for admission to that class and satisfies the requirements of age limits (minimum & maximum).

Admission form for all levels is available in the school office during office hours (8:30 AM to 3:00 PM). Duly filled form is must for all levels

For admission the documents required are – Birth certificate, previous class passed certificate, TC , photograph of student and parents, address ID proof for school transportation purpose and an application form (prescribed by school)

Admission to classes Nursery and KG will be finalized according to the age of the student. For classes Prep to III an oral interview will be conducted in presence of parents. Aptitude Test will be conducted for admission in class IV onwards.

Final decision for admission will be given after considering all the documents and conducting an interview of the child along with the parents. Admission will be done as per the number of seats available in particular class. RTE admissions will be made as per Govt. norms.

Necessary to know:

1. All payments can be made by Cash/Cheque/Card/RTGS/NEFT.

2. Cheques can be drawn in the name of “Evolution International School”.

3. PDC can be submitted for II, III and IV qtr with transport fee for 8th July, 8th Oct. and 8th Jan.

4. Fee paid is non refundable and non adjustable under any other head/ other student’s account.

5. Fee can be revised as per the decision of FDC and SMC.

6. Fee certificate will not be issued separately, receipts can be used for taxation purpose.
